SHIPPING POLICY

At Musclemania Fitness Megastore, we are committed to ensuring your fitness equipment, spare parts and accessories arrive safely and efficiently. We work closely with our suppliers, freight companies and courier partners to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

By placing an order with Musclemania Fitness, you acknowledge and agree to the following Shipping Policy.

Musclemania Fitness reserves the right to amend, update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders that are in stock are generally processed within 1–3 business days following confirmation of payment.

Orders are processed during normal business hours only. We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or NSW public holidays.

During peak trading periods, promotional sales, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. Should a significant delay occur, we will endeavour to notify you via telephone or email.

Processing Times for Special Orders, Spare Parts & Supplier Orders

Please be aware that not all products sold by Musclemania Fitness are held in stock.

Some products, including spare parts, special orders and pre-orders, are sourced directly from Australian distributors or overseas manufacturers specifically for your order.

As these products rely on supplier processing, factory production and freight schedules, delivery timeframes will vary.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Stocked Products

• Usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Spare Parts

• Average delivery: 7–14 business days, subject to supplier stock availability.

Where spare parts are unavailable within Australia and must be sourced from an overseas manufacturer, delivery times may be significantly longer. We will advise you of any ETA provided by the supplier.

Special Orders & Pre-Orders

Products sourced from Australian suppliers:

• Approximately 7–14 business days, subject to supplier stock availability.

Products sourced directly from overseas factories or manufacturers:

• Approximately 6–12 weeks, depending on production schedules, international shipping, customs clearance and container arrivals.

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Interstate Supplier Transfers

Where products are transferred from interstate supplier warehouses, delivery times are dependent upon supplier processing times, freight bookings and transport schedules.

While we will always provide the most accurate ETA available, these timeframes remain estimates only and may change without notice.

Overseas Containers & International Shipments

Many of the products we sell are imported into Australia by our suppliers via overseas shipping containers.

Container arrival dates are determined by shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs authorities, quarantine inspections and transport companies.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond the control of Musclemania Fitness, including but not limited to:

• overseas factory production delays;
• supplier processing delays;
• shipping schedule changes;
• port congestion;
• customs or quarantine inspections;
• industrial action;
• adverse weather events;
• freight availability;
• transport disruptions; or
• container scheduling changes.

Musclemania Fitness cannot guarantee overseas shipping or container arrival dates.

Supplier Processing Times

Please understand that Musclemania Fitness is not responsible for the processing times of manufacturers, suppliers or overseas factories.

Likewise, we cannot control:

• supplier order processing;
• manufacturing lead times;
• interstate freight movements;
• international shipping schedules;
• customs or quarantine delays;
• courier delivery schedules;
• freight company delays; or
• shipping container arrival dates.

We can only provide our customers with the information, delivery estimates and ETA updates supplied to us by the relevant manufacturer, supplier or freight company.

We genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to have your order delivered as quickly as possible.

Shipping Carrier Selection

Musclemania Fitness reserves the right to determine the most appropriate freight carrier based on pricing, destination, availability and the nature of the goods being shipped.

We utilise reputable transport providers including:

• Australia Post
• CouriersPlease
• Aramex
• Toll
• Hunter Express
• Allied Express
• Other specialist freight carriers where required
• Musclemania Fitness in-house delivery service (selected areas only)

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will normally be provided within 24 hours of us receiving them from the freight company.

Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment directly through the courier's tracking system.

For the most current delivery information, re-delivery requests or collection arrangements, customers should contact the freight company directly.

Delivery Instructions & Authority to Leave (ATL)

Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to dispatch, all deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL).

This authorises the courier to leave your parcel in a safe location if deemed appropriate by the delivery driver.

Where a safe location is unavailable, the courier may redirect the parcel to the nearest collection point.

If you require Signature on Delivery, this must be requested before your order is dispatched.

Failure to advise us in writing prior to dispatch will constitute acceptance of the default Authority to Leave service.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information is correct when placing their order.

Any additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery information, including re-delivery charges, address corrections or freight redirection fees, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The customer is also responsible for:

• remote area delivery surcharges;
• additional freight charges where applicable;
• customs charges (where relevant);
• government duties or taxes (if applicable).

Shipping Costs & Large Items

Shipping costs displayed during checkout are estimates based on standard freight calculations.

For particularly bulky, oversized or heavy products (generally exceeding 25kg), the displayed freight amount may not accurately reflect the actual delivery cost.

Should additional freight charges apply, Musclemania Fitness will contact the customer before dispatch to provide an updated freight quotation and online invoice.

We always endeavour to secure the most competitive freight pricing available.

Freight Damage, Loss or Delay

Once goods have been collected from our premises by the nominated courier or freight carrier, they are under the care and control of that carrier.

Musclemania Fitness is not liable for damage, loss or delivery delays occurring during transit.

If your shipment arrives damaged, you must:

• notify the freight carrier immediately;
• retain all original packaging;
• retain the damaged goods; and
• contact Musclemania Fitness so we can assist where possible.

Claims for freight damage or loss must be lodged directly with the freight company.

Transit delays remain the responsibility of the freight carrier.

Customers should liaise directly with the courier regarding:

• tracking enquiries;
• delivery updates;
• missed deliveries;
• collection arrangements; and
• re-delivery requests.

Late deliveries caused by freight companies or circumstances beyond our reasonable control are not grounds for refunds, compensation or cancellation.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Out-of-Stock Products

Should a product become unavailable after your order has been placed, Musclemania Fitness will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable.

Where possible we will provide:

• an updated ETA;
• an alternative product recommendation; or
• other available options.

Shipping Destinations

Musclemania Fitness currently ships within Australia only.

International shipping is not presently available.

Order Updates & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith using information supplied by our manufacturers, suppliers and freight companies.

These estimates are intended as guides only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.

Where updated information becomes available, we will notify you as soon as practicable.

We appreciate your patience while we work with our suppliers and freight partners to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Delivery Delays & Order Cancellations

Delays arising from manufacturers, suppliers, freight carriers, customs, shipping companies or any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Musclemania Fitness do not constitute grounds for:

• cancellation of special orders;
• cancellation of pre-orders;
• cancellation of spare parts orders;
• refund of deposits;
• refund of freight charges;
• compensation claims against Musclemania Fitness.

Nothing in this clause excludes any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Respectful Customer Conduct

We understand that delivery delays can occasionally be frustrating.

Our staff are committed to providing courteous, honest and professional customer service and will always provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

We respectfully request that all communication with our staff remains courteous and respectful.

Abusive, aggressive, threatening, intimidating or bullying behaviour towards our employees will not be tolerated. Such behaviour does not expedite supplier processing, courier delivery, freight schedules or overseas shipping times and may result in communication being restricted to written correspondence.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding and courtesy while we work to have your order delivered as quickly as possible.
